Our Care Team

Andrew Lan, MD, MPH

Dr. Lan draws on a background in public health to consider the larger forces that can influence a child’s health. A Stanford University alum, he then graduated from the UC San Diego School of Medicine and earned a master of public health degree at UC Berkeley. He completed his pediatrics residency at UC Davis Children’s Hospital. Proficient in Spanish, he also speaks conversational Mandarin Chinese and Russian.

Beyond his medical pursuits, Dr. Lan can frequently be found onstage, playing violin and viola for many Bay Area orchestras and classical music groups.

Jeffrey Min, MD

Dr. Min is a Bay Area native who has been practicing pediatrics for over 20 years. He graduated from the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine and returned to the Bay Area to finish his pediatric internship and residency at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. Dr. Min takes pride in delivering exceptional medical care, great communication, and unparalleled accessibility.

Alongside his wife, he is the proud parent of two wonderful boys. They enjoy traveling and doing a variety of outdoor activities, such as tennis, hiking, and backpacking.

Kimberly Pitts-Davis, MD, FAAP

Dr. Pitts-Davis has been a pediatrician for over three decades. She credits her love of learning and connection with her patients who keep her motivated every day. Dr. Pitts-Davis earned her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Following that, she completed her internship and residency training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where she was also chief resident. Dr. Pitts-Davis is deeply involved in the community and finds great satisfaction in caring for patients facing special challenges.

Alongside her medical career, she and her husband are proud parents to three children and their pets.

Rebekah Schneider, MD

Dr. Schneider felt the call to pursue medicine early on. She earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University. Following that, she completed her internship and residency at the University of California, Irvine/Children’s Hospital of Orange County, where she served an additional year as chief resident. Dr. Schneider is delighted to be practicing medicine in her Bay Area hometown.

She is active in the local community, and she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, music, and following Bay Area sports teams.

Pamela Silverman, MD

Dr. Silverman is dedicated to fostering collaborative partnerships, promoting open communication, and delivering child-focused care. She earned her Medical Degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, FL, and further honed her skills during her internship and residency at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Silverman values quality time with family and friends. She is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle and frequently travels alongside her husband and three adult children.
