Insurance and Payment Information

South Bascom Pediatrics accepts many insurance plans. Please check with your insurance directly to determine if our physicians are participating providers with your insurance plan. Please bring your child’s insurance card to each office visit. We collect the co-pay required by your insurance when you arrive for your child’s appointment. If you do not have a current insurance card and we cannot verify insurance coverage, then we require payment at the time of the visit. Parents are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance.
