Stanford Medicine Children’s Health — Pediatrics in San Ramon, established in 1974, has grown alongside the area’s expanding population. Our board-certified physicians are deeply committed to supporting the health and wellness of our community’s children—from newborns to adolescents—in our convenient location in the Tri-Valley. We welcome new patients and look forward to meeting your family.

CHADIS Login

CHADIS is an online system that delivers developmental and health questionnaires directly to parents and families before their visit at our office. After you complete the questionnaire, CHADIS results come directly to your doctor. The results of the CHADIS questionnaires will help us address any concerns about your child’s health and development.

If you are unable to complete CHADIS before your visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time in order to complete the health questionnaires in our office.

From I-580 East
Take the exit toward Dougherty Road. Turn left onto Hopyard Road. Continue onto Dougherty Road. Continue onto Bollinger Canyon Road. 11030 Bollinger Canyon Road will be on your right. 

From I-580 West
Take the Dougherty Road exit toward Hopyard Road. Turn right onto Dougherty Road. Continue onto Bollinger Canyon Road. 11030 Bollinger Canyon Road will be on your right. 

From I-680 North
Take the Bollinger Canyon Road exit. Turn right onto Bollinger Canyon Road. Turn left onto South Wedgewood Road. Take the first left onto Bollinger Canyon Road. 11030 Bollinger Canyon Road will be on your right. 

From I-680 South
Take the Bollinger Canyon Road exit toward DVC San Ramon Valley Campus. Turn left onto Bollinger Canyon Road. Turn left onto South Wedgewood Road. Take the first left onto Bollinger Canyon Road. 11030 Bollinger Canyon Road will be on your right.
