The American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Magnet Recognition Program® distinguishes organizations that meet rigorous standards for nursing excellence.

This credential is the highest national honor for professional nursing practice. Less than 10 percent of U.S. health care organizations out of 6,129 hospitals are Magnet designated.
