I’ve always been drawn to health care, particularly nursing, due to its holistic approach to patient care. Progressing in my career, I realized that becoming a nurse practitioner would enable me to provide the highest level of care and form lasting connections with my patients.

I especially love working with children because I am always amazed by their resilience and capacity to learn. I am captivated by the stories that each child comes in with and find joy in creatively tailoring their health needs to their lifestyles. Just as they inspire me, I want to inspire them to get involved and take charge of their own care by providing them with the tools and knowledge for lifelong wellness. 

In working with families, I prioritize open communication and collaboration. Understanding their concerns allows me to tailor care effectively. Given the interconnected nature of gastrointestinal conditions with overall health, I aim to provide comprehensive support to patients and their families, addressing the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of health.
