Dr. Ayeroff grew up in Southern California before moving to the East Coast. She earned her medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, and then returned to California for her residency at Stanford University. Dr. Ayeroff’s career has been shaped in large part by her experiences with vulnerable and marginalized populations. Working with critically ill children has also given her a valuable perspective for well-child care. Dr. Ayeroff’s inclination for nurturing is evident in her love for animals and plants.
Outside of work, she spends her time outdoors or pursuing her interest in pottery.
Dr. Dinh believes in building collaborative relationships with patients and families, based on evidence and their individual values. Dr. Dinh is grateful for the opportunity to serve in the same community where she grew up. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, before returning to the Bay Area to complete her residency at the Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. Dinh joined our Mountain View location in 2023.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Dinh likes to explore the great outdoors, bake, and spend time with her two cats.
Dr. Mendoza is proud to follow in the footsteps of her mother, who also worked as a pediatrician. Watching her mom build caring relationships with families inspired her to do the same. Dr. Mendoza attended medical school at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in Richmond, Virginia. She then completed her residency at Stanford Medicine Children’s Health, where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Mendoza appreciates the natural beauty of the Bay Area and finds joy in writing, reading, doing DIY projects, and spending time with her husband, her son, and their rescue dog.
Dr. Montgomery-McGuire began her career more than 20 years ago in Colorado. She attended medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and completed her residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Denver, Colorado. Dr. McGuire joined the practice in 2018. She has always been drawn to pediatric medicine because of her love for children. She partners with families to help educate and support parents, working together to help them grow into healthy adults.
Dr. Vicente grew up surrounded by a family of nurses who inspired her love of medicine. She attended the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine in Reno, Nevada, before moving to Los Angeles, for her residency at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Vicente enjoys all aspects of pediatric care, from newborns to adolescents, and is especially interested in chronic medical conditions and complex care.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Vicente enjoys fitness classes, game nights with friends and family, and trying new restaurants with her husband.
