From US Highway 880 South
Take the exit toward 23rd Avenue/Alameda. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Fruitvale Avenue and merge onto Kennedy Street. Slight right onto Park Street. Turn left onto Santa Clara Avenue. Turn left onto Central Avenue. Take the first right onto Park Avenue. 1359 Park Avenue will be on the right.

From 880 North
Take the exit toward High Street/Alameda. Continue straight onto Coliseum Way. Turn left onto High Street. Turn right onto Central Avenue. Turn left onto Park Avenue. 1359 Park Avenue will be on the right.
