Additional details and guidance regarding the scheduled closure of Altos Oaks Medical Group, effective February 9, 2024.

We want to express our sincere appreciation for your understanding and patience during this challenging time. This decision was not made lightly; it came after careful consideration of various factors. The Altos Oaks Medical Group office has cared for tens of thousands of patients, and we are proud of their valuable contributions made over their 47 years.

Dr. Hattie Pearson will be transitioning to the Los Olivos Medical Group practice and looks forward to continuing to care for her patients there beginning in February. We’re hopeful that other providers will also remain in the community.

We provide assistance with insurance benefit checks and work closely with all major insurance providers. Our Admin office can be reached at (650) 988-7476. Additionally, if you would like to speak to a customer service representative about your bill balance, or to make a payment via phone, please call (800) 308-3285.

If you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to send a portal message or reach out to the Altos Oaks Medical Group office at (650) 988-7470. A live representative will be available to answer your call through March 2024. After that date, there will be a recorded phone message that will provide you with the most updated practice information. We are committed to making this process as seamless as possible for you.
