Pediatrics
“It’s not just a job—it’s a chance to make a positive impact on a person starting out their life.”
I had a great pediatrician growing up; I remember her very well and how she cared for me. I wanted to do the same thing and feel so lucky to be able to care for patients and families. Some of my patients have even told me they want to be pediatricians when they grow up.
I speak Armenian, French, English and Arabic, and I like working with families of different cultures. I want families to know I’m someone they can count on. I listen to parents and try to be flexible in my approach.
I know all of my patients by name. I even remember little things about my patients after so many years, and parents are always amazed I pay such close attention. It’s not just a job—it’s a chance to make a positive impact on a person starting out their life. That’s what makes me come to work every day.
