“I strive to create a warm and caring environment.”
My father was a doctor, providing health care to underserved populations in Africa and Southeast Asia; he was my main inspiration in becoming a doctor. I chose my specialty because of the joy a new life brings to a family. Approximately half my practice involves the delivery of babies. It is very gratifying to deliver a baby into the arms of parents, even under very difficult circumstances.
Over the years, I have become a part of many families, providing medical care to patients and their mothers, sisters and daughters. My staff and I work as a team to create a warm and caring environment for patients and families. Our practice is unique in the personalized attention that we give patients. Unlike most large practices, we get to know our patients very well. This is evident in the long-term relationships we have with most of our families.
